• How do I connect with my co-parent? In the app, tap "I have an invite," and enter the code from your co-parent's invite email.
• Is messaging free? Yes. On-the-record text messaging is free for both parents, always.
• How do I get a court copy? Open The Record tab and export a TrueCopy, your certified court record. Premium includes unlimited exports.
• How do I cancel or manage my subscription? Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• How do I delete my account? Settings, then Delete account. Your shared record stays intact for your co-parent, as the record requires.
